Product-related questions

What is the size and thickness of your tote bag?
It's 34cm x 38.5cm x 10cm with 15x15cm inner pocket 😊 (it can fit a 15-inch laptop for reference!)

What is the thickness of your art prints?
They are printed on matte on 300GSM thickness for sturdiness!

Can I send the items as gift? 🎁
Yes of course! Just put the name and address of the recipient that will receive the gift. Do you know that you can also add personalised message card with your gift? 


Shipping 💌

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! I'm Australian based, but ship worldwide (Unless there is border restriction in your country due to COVID19)

What's the delivery time?
Please note that these are estimates. I try to ship 1-2 days after receiving orders so that the items can be delivered ASAP.

*Expect delays due to COVID-19 restrictions put in place globally. Thank you so much for understanding. I started this business during COVID19 so I'm excited to update this table when things get better and planes start flying again!

*Letters are untracked, when lost I can't offer refund as I have already shipped the items. 


What do you use to ship?
I engage with Sendle for shipping parcels (for bigger items like bags) and Australian Post for smaller items (Prints, stickers). 

Are the items tracked?
All small parcels are tracked at the moment to ensure nothing is lost. You will receive a tracking ID when your oder has been fulfilled.

Prints and stickers will be sent using AusPost's International Economy Air untracked to save on shipping cost (if you are happy to pay small parcel shipping to get it tracked, let me know!). Once shipped, it's not in my control anymore.


Refunds, Exchanges, Damaged/lost items

Can I cancel my order?
Yes if it's within 24 hours and they haven't been shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not available.

I made a mistake in my order, what to do?
Contact me asap so we can fix your order. As long as your order hasn't been shipped I'm happy to help making things right.  

Do you offer refunds?
Refund and exchanges are not available if order has been marked as delivered by courier, mistakes are not made from our sides or change of mind. As an independent small business owner, I will try to provide the best experience for you but I appreciate the understanding that I can't absorb cost like bigger retails. Regardless, contact me and let's work this out :)

Wholesale and custom orders

Are you open to wholesale orders?
Yes! I have gotten a few enquiries to stock my items in local shops. Email me at adriannewalujo@gmail.com to talk about this.

Do you do custom orders?
